Through her passion for the encompassing realm of health and wellness, she has worked internationally at the Australian College of Sport and Fitness, studied under world-renowned surgeons at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, earned her doctoral degree from Indiana State University in Athletic Training, traveled across the world as an Athletic Trainer with USA Rugby, and has continued to spread her knowledge throughout various gyms across the country.
Dani created The Iron Pineapple in 2014 after her workout buddy kept calling her “pineapple” in reference to the big bun on top of her head during workouts. Since then, Iron Pineapple Fitness has grown and manifested into a platform aiming to decrease limitations, spread confidence, and increase strength. The Iron Pineapple has now grown into a team of five highly qualified coaches to offer a variety of strength and rehabilitating services.
